About Us

At Ramona-Alessandro, learning is our focus. We offer students strong academic programs with high expectations for learning. Throughout the entire instructional process, we strive for strong evidence of student learning and increased achievement. The Vanguard Magnet Program offers a challenging curriculum for gifted and high-achieving students with project-based learning. Our Alternative Bilingual Education program provides a strong bilingual education for Spanish-speaking students whose families are interested in biliteracy. By implementing advanced technological strategies across campus, levels of learning for all students are increased. Additionally, we offer targeted, specific instruction during tutoring before and after school; intervention and ELD blocks; and extra learning opportunities for our at-risk students
through the learning center.
